Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers' primary point of contact.
Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
The following are the essential job functions:
Process orders, forms, and all other customer requests, directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Expedite sales orders, including the entire process from entry to shipment.
Manage customer accounts, keeping records of customer interactions, complaints, and transactions, including details of all actions taken.
Develop new and existing customers to achieve sales goals, including making cold call/ re-establishment calls to promote AAE's products and services to potential customers.
Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about our products and services.
Cross-train, learn, and support other functions or processes as required.
The following skills are necessary:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Sales background and possess the ability to establish personal relationships with customers.
The ability to analyze facts, solve problems, and implement practical corrective actions is a valuable skill.
Meeting deadlines and remaining flexible under pressure is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
Education/Experience Requirements:
With three years of customer service experience with a manufacturing company.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
The job requires the ability to work in an office environment while sitting for extended periods and using a computer.
Additionally, there may be a need to be on the production floor, which may cause mild discomfort due to factors such as dust, fumes, odors, loud noise, and varying temperatures.
