Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable cleaner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our guest homes.
This role requires flexibility, as Sunday afternoons are a mandatory working time.
The candidate should thrive in a high-paced environment, possess great time management skills, and be capable of performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for college students seeking summer employment or stay-at-home moms looking to re-enter the workforce or seek part-time employment outside the home.
With flexible scheduling options individuals can easily balance work commitments with academic schedules or family responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning tasks in guest homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned to a high standard.
Change linens and make beds in accordance with company standards.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and ironing.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in a hygienic manner.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Communicate effectively with management regarding any maintenance or cleaning issues.
Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and coworkers.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work Sundays afternoons as required, with the understanding that scheduling may be subject to changes based on booking demands.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs Reliable transportation to and from work.
