com/about/career Overview We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day quoting, order processing, and order fulfilment for parts distribution customers.
This position is also responsible for growing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service Manager works closely with the Logistics division to ensure timely arrival and delivery of products to active customers.
We are looking for a driven individual that is seeking to broaden their skills over time with a growing company.
We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow team members along with other departments throughout our company.
Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer service team inquiries.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning, and evaluating department activities.
Seek out and set up training for continuous learning opportunities to gain further knowledge on core products for the customer service team.
Strictly adhere to procedures for quotes and orders to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Improve and optimize customer service processes as needed.
Lead efforts in on-time shipping and customer delivery updates.
Help develop and adhere to company pricing strategies.
Understand the needs and expectations of different types of customers and provide relevant solutions.
Organize and analyze information for identifying trends.
Make in-person sales calls to customers (as needed), coordinating with the appropriate outside sales representative based on territory.
Collaborate with other departments to better understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
Proactively support new customers to find further opportunities.
Make every effort to achieve short- and long-term sales goals.
Ensures safe, secure and legal work environment.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
7 Years in Customer Service in Wholesale Trade / Manufacturing Industry Soft Skills:
