Modern office setting Food provided Duties - Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements - Use various tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, and hand tools to measure and inspect product dimensions - Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in the product - Collect and record data on inspection results, including measurements and observations - Analyze inspection data to identify trends or patterns that may indicate issues with product quality - Follow established codes, standards, and procedures for quality control and inspection - Collaborate with other team members to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Maintain accurate documentation of inspection activities and results Qualifications - Previous experience in quality control or inspection preferred - Knowledge of mechanical principles and understanding of manufacturing processes - Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, and hand tools - Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and codes related to product quality - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities in products - Proficient in data collection and analysis for quality control purposes - Basic soldering skills for rework or repair of electronic components (if applicable) - Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) processes (if applicable) - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues related to product quality Note:
