Become a part of the All World Family today OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Controls Engineer who is responsible to design industrial control systems adhering to customers' specifications.
Control systems will range from simple motor controls to motion control, process control and machine automation including CNC control systems.
This position expects the engineer to take a project from concept to design, start-up and commissioning.
Additionally, the Controls Engineer must ensure they are practicing all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.

Responsibilities Work directly with customers to derive a practical and cost-effective solution Specify control components required based on device specifications and ratings.
Generate a complete BOM for the system in its entirety Create electrical schematics and layout diagrams used for manufacturing and production Works directly with all departments to continually develop and improve products and solutions.
Maintains engineering standards related to component specifications, documentation standards, device coding, etc.
Adhere to all electrical codes and regulations Qualifications Technical School Graduate, or equivalent experience in manufacturing environment.
BS degree a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and assemblies.
Working knowledge of CAD systems, both 2D and 3D, Solidworks experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of Geometric dimensioning and tolerances Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Complete tasks within required time frame Working knowledge of chip-producing machining processes a plus Ability to develop processing plan working from 2d drawings and 3d models of finished parts.
