In Order to Join our Team, You Must:
Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth.
Minimum 1 year experience selling Real Estate, but we are willing to help you get licensed if you have a great desire to learn Work well in a Team Environment but also be a Self-Starter who can take ownership of their daily schedule Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful, exceptional verbal and written communication, and outstanding listening skills Have excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business This is not a salaried position.
Your income is entirely commission based but provides unlimited earning potential.
Full-time agents are earning 6 figure incomes and we have compensation packages to support you at any level of your career.
